Common issues

"No matching Search Console property"

This means the Google account you signed in with doesn't own a Search Console property that matches your Shopify store's domain. Two fixes:

• Sign in with a different Google account that does own the property, or
• Add your store domain to Search Console using the same Google account you connected with — see Search Console setup.

"Generation failed" on a draft

This is usually transient (an LLM provider hiccup). Open the draft and click Generate again, or contact us if it keeps failing on the same opportunity.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Visit the Billing page inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access to all generated articles. Uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin also cancels the subscription.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin. Per Shopify's GDPR policy, all your data is permanently deleted from our systems 48 hours after uninstall. If you need an immediate manual deletion, email us.
