1. The service

Pagecraft AI (the "App") is a Shopify app that connects to your Google Search Console property, identifies content opportunities based on your search performance data, generates article drafts using third-party large language models, and lets you publish those articles to your Shopify blog.

2. Your responsibility for content

Articles generated by the App are drafts. You are solely responsible for reviewing every draft before publishing it. You agree that:

• Once you click Publish, you take legal ownership of the content as the publisher of record.
• You will not publish content that infringes copyright, makes false claims about products, violates advertising regulations in your jurisdiction, or otherwise breaks the law.
• You will not use the App to mass-produce spam content for the sole purpose of search-engine manipulation.

3. Pricing & billing

Subscription fees are charged via Shopify's Billing API and billed by Shopify directly. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time from the App's billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep all generated articles.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the App to: generate adult content, hate speech, harassment, or content that promotes illegal activities; impersonate other businesses; or attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying language models. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Article generation depends on third-party LLM providers and may occasionally fail or take longer than expected; in those cases the failed draft is preserved and you can retry without re-billing.

6. Data

See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how we handle it. On uninstall we delete your active session and Google Search Console connection immediately; per Shopify's policy, all remaining shop data is deleted 48 hours after uninstall.

7. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost rankings, or content-related disputes. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use of the App after the change date constitutes acceptance.
